Ed and Pure Sight & Sound have made our TV viewing much easier by setting us up with one control to manage all devices connected to our TV! It has made our lives so much easier! Even my Mother in Law can operate it when she comes to visit! Besides the remote situation being easily managed, the customer service is outstanding! Any issues we have ever had- and there have not been many- Ed is quick to respond and fix the issue. His main concern is clearly making the consumer happy! Thank you Ed and Pure Sight & Sound for making our relaxing space truly relaxed! Highly recommend! Ed and Oz also recently installed backyard speakers for our patio /pool area and are they fantastic! It's so wonderful that we have finally found a home theater, automation, and audio/video company that knows what they're doing! Pure Sight & Sound does what they say they will do. They also do it for the price they quote with no unwelcome surprises or hassles. Ed and the team at Pure Sight & Sound reworked my husband's home and business inside & out. They set up his automation, surveillance, speakers, and TV's and also took care of all the reprogramming and cleaned up. Imagine that. They even fixed all of the chaos and confusion left by several other so called experts. We had tried a few other large and small companies over the years that we thought were saving us money. I am a senior citizen, a vet and a retired educator. My wife and I have had problems with a movie projector and a receiver plus DVD PLAYER. After a phone ED, THE OWNER, sent a service person named Oz to my location about an hour away. Oz was wonderful. He fixed the movie projector problem and then was able to tell us why the receiver, DVD player and SONOS were not working.THE PRICE FOR DRIVING TONAND FROM AND DOING THE WORK WAS VERY REASONABLE. THE OWNER, ED, WAS ALSO VERY EASY TO TALK WITH AND FRIENDLY. OVERALL I GIVE THESE GENTLEMEN A 5 out of 5 or even 10 out of 10. I hope to work with them again. Robert Murphy ~ Bob M

Pure Sight and Sound was awesome to deal with. We had an older system (10+ years) and the company that installed it had moved away. We couldn’t make changes and didn’t know how to even use some of the components. As things started to break down we were in a panic. Pure Sight and Sound came in and saved the day! They looked at the system, analyzed what we could still use and what needed to be updated based only on what WE wanted the system to do. They presented us with options that fit our needs and our budget and answered all of our questions (repeatedly!). When Oz and Tim came out to do the work they were very professional and were able to complete the job quickly! Ed & his technical crew completely transformed our outdoor pavillion into an all summer entertainment center. The sound system, the projector, DVD player, sub-woofer, even the pull down screen were expertly selected and installed for our unique conditions and setting. Best of all, to run the system is as easy as pushing a few buttons of the remote. After dealing with 2 independent contractors that totally let me down, and stressed me out with my Sonos music for over a year in my business. Home Theater at it's finest. I've known Ed for some time now, and his work is wonderful. They handle everything from television/movies, to satellite, to audio, to lighting, to setup and troubleshooting systems put in by other less talented installers. I bought a new TV and setting it up for me was frustrating. I finally threw in the towel and called Pure Sight and Sound. I called around 5:00 pm thinking no one would answer, but to my surprise a gentleman named Ed picked up and was willing to help me troubleshoot my issues over the phone. WOW ! I said I think you better send someone to come and figure things out. To my surprise he said a man named Oz would be there that night and help me with my issues. This guy Oz went through all my issues and set things up the way I wanted and even out smarted the smart TV. The next day I had a small problem come up and called Ed again and he had Oz call and help me straighten things out over the phone. I wish I could give them a 10 star review. These guys are the best people I ever dealt with. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will be using them in the future when I need help with any electronic needs. We recently contracted Ed and his company to install our home theater system in our second home in the Poconos. We had been looking for a local audio/video based company in Stroudsburg to handle a rather complicated wiring and sound system implementation at our home which was under construction. Finding one was not an easy task but then we encountered a gentleman named Ed Kmetz from Pure Sight & Sound, Inc. This was not a chance encounter, but one led by the good Lord. Ed’s company was informed, intelligent, professional, and had the expertise we needed to make our whole house music system a success. The design of the system and the resonating, rich sound quality was fantastic! The attention to detail from the very beginning of the process to the end of construction Ed was always available, whether on site, texts or E-mail, to handle our questions, make changes to initial proposals and of course, offer technical advice. We have an old farmhouse 1873! Ed and his team came out to hang a TV on our fireplace. As with a lot of old homes, you never know what is behind the wall or fireplace, we ran into a little problem with it but the guys kept on working until they got the TV hung!
